Prosperity Partners, LLC ("Prosperity Partners," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit prosperitypartners.co or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy covers all Prosperity Partners divisions: Prosperity Retirement, Prosperity Insurance, Prosperity Business, Prosperity AI, and Prosperity Coaching.

When you fill out a form, take a quiz, book a call, download a guide, register for an event, call, text, or email us, you may give us:

• Your age or age range and your state of residence
• Answers to quiz or survey questions, such as your retirement savings range, retirement timeline, and the concerns you want help with
• Information about your health, family, income, savings, insurance, or business that you choose to share so we can help you with a quote or a plan
• Anything else you include in a message to us

Information collected automatically.

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device type, IP address, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at our site. We use Meta Pixel, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector tracking, and GoDaddy hosting and performance tracking tools.

Information from others.

We may receive information about you from insurance carriers, scheduling tools, or people who refer you to us, but only as needed to respond to your request or serve you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your questions and requests
• Send you the free guides, checklists, quizzes, and other resources you ask for
• Schedule and hold calls and meetings with you
• Prepare insurance and annuity quotes and recommendations
• Help you apply for coverage or other products you choose
• Register you for events you sign up for
• Send you follow-up messages, educational content, and updates, which you can stop at any time
• Improve our website and services
• Meet our legal and regulatory duties as a licensed insurance professional

3. Calls, Text Messages, and Email

If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your request, including with automated technology. How often you hear from us depends on your request. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop text messages, reply STOP at any time.

To stop emails, click "unsubscribe" in any email.

Agreeing to receive calls or texts is not a condition of buying any product or service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except with the service providers that help us deliver our messages.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share your information only in these situations:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, customer relationship and messaging platform, scheduling tool, email provider, and video provider. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Insurance companies and product partners, only when you ask us to get a quote, apply for coverage, or move forward with a product or program. This may include insurance carriers and partner companies that provide health insurance, life insurance, annuities, business tax programs, business funding, or energy programs.
• Event partners, only when you register for an event they host, such as the Turning Point Seminar.
• Legal reasons, when required by law, regulation, court order, or a request from a regulator, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• Business changes, if our business is sold, merged, or transferred, your information may be part of that transfer, and it will remain covered by this policy.

5. Insurance and Financial Information

Some of the information you share with us, such as health, financial, and account information, is protected by federal and state insurance and financial privacy laws. We collect only what we need to help you, and we share it only as those laws allow, for example to process a quote or application you requested.

6. Cookies and Do Not Track

Our website may use cookies, small files stored on your device, to help the site work and to understand how visitors use it. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not work as expected.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how to respond to these signals, so our website does not currently respond to them.

We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or medical records through our website forms or by text. If we need that information, we will tell you a safe way to share it.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you, to meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements as a licensed insurance professional, and to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or store it securely.

• Ask us to correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information, unless we are required by law to keep it
• Stop texts by replying STOP and stop emails by clicking "unsubscribe"

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, including California, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and other states, you may have additional rights under state law. Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law, but you may still send an opt-out request to info@prosperitypartners.co. California residents may request information about whether we share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to Other Websites

Our site may link to other websites, such as insurance carriers, scheduling tools, video sites, or partner pages. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information. Please read their privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If we make a major change, we will post a notice on our website.
