Vacation Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the Cancun vacation incentive and participating destination offers. Please review them carefully before activation.
Eligibility and occupancy
- Room types are for a maximum of 2 adults, and at least 1 occupant must be over age 21. Some properties may allow up to 2 additional children up to age 12 based on room type and bed configuration.
- Adding children may reduce hotel choices or available date selections.
- The main reservation holder must have a major credit or bank debit card with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express logo and a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
Activation and travel
- There are no timeshare presentations required. Activate online by paying the applicable recovery costs, local government taxes, and tourism fees.
- The certificate must be activated within 7 days of delivery.
- After activation, travel may be completed within 18 months, subject to availability and certificate terms.
- All reservations require at least 30 days advance notice. Major holidays and special events may have limited or no availability. Sunday through Thursday check-ins are recommended for the greatest availability.
- Activation is final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Once travel dates are confirmed, changes may not be allowed; cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees paid.
Fees and expenses
- The recipient receives hotel accommodation at participating properties, subject to availability. The recipient is responsible for recovery costs, local government taxes, tourism fees, airfare, transfers, food and beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable, and other personal expenses.
- The incentive has no cash surrender value and is void if discontinued or where prohibited by law. Terms may change without notice, and comparable hotel options may be offered when necessary due to availability.
Household and group restrictions
- Only one incentive per household and one party among friends, family, acquaintances, or known groups may use the incentive for the same or overlapping travel dates.
- The incentive is void if bartered or purchased by the recipient and may not be combined with another similar promotional offer.
- Recipients must reside at least 100 miles or 160 kilometers away from the destination resort chosen, or choose a different destination offer.
How to redeem
Activate the incentive online, then search the participating hotels and available travel dates through the approved redemption process. Do not rely on representations other than the printed incentive and approved terms.
