Prosperity Partners Cancun Vacation Giveaway

Promotion Period: October 26, 2026, through December 31, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, unless modified in accordance with applicable law.
1. Eligibility
The Prosperity Partners Cancun Vacation Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of Prosperity Partners LLC and companies directly involved in administering the Giveaway are not eligible.
Void in excluded jurisdictions and wherever prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit:

Complete and submit the official entry form with your accurate name, email address, and telephone number.
Entry is free. No purchase, payment, or participation in a sales presentation is required.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries, false information, automated submissions, or attempts to circumvent entry limits may result in disqualification.
Eligible entries remain in the drawing pool until selected, disqualified, or the Giveaway ends.
3. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected through random drawings from eligible entries received and remaining in the drawing pool.
The Sponsor intends to select:
- 26 winners per day during the 2026 portion of the Promotion Period.
- 27 winners per day during the 2027 portion of the Promotion Period.
Drawings are intended to occur daily, including weekends and holidays.
Each eligible entry has an opportunity to be selected in subsequent drawings until that entry is selected or the Giveaway concludes.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in the drawing pool at the time of each drawing.
Limit one (1) Cancun vacation prize per household throughout the Giveaway.
All potential winners are subject to eligibility verification. Sponsor will maintain records of winner selection and prize fulfillment.
4. Prize Description
Each confirmed winner will receive one (1) Cancun, Mexico vacation certificate providing six (6) days and five (5) nights of hotel accommodations, subject to availability and the vacation provider's redemption terms.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,249 per vacation certificate.
The certificate does not include airfare, ground transportation, meals, beverages, travel insurance, personal expenses, or other items not expressly included in the certificate.
The winner is responsible for $194.75 in hotel taxes and activation/booking fees associated with the advertised vacation offer. Additional hotel-imposed resort fees, optional upgrades, or other charges may apply and must be disclosed during the redemption or booking process.
No cash alternative or substitution is available except where required by law or where Sponsor provides a prize of equal or greater value due to unavailability, subject to applicable law.
5. Winner Notification and Acceptance
Potential winners will be notified using the contact information supplied with their entry, generally within 48 hours of selection.
A potential winner may be required to respond within 48 hours after notification, verify eligibility, and provide information reasonably necessary to issue the certificate.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within the stated period, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner through a random drawing, subject to applicable law.
No payment is required to be selected as a winner or to receive the initial prize notification.
6. Vacation Certificate Activation and Redemption
Confirmed winners will receive instructions for activating their vacation certificate through:

The certificate is subject to the activation deadline stated in the certificate and the provider's instructions. The provider generally requires initial redemption steps and payment of applicable activation charges within specified seven-day periods.
Once successfully activated, the vacation must be used within 18 months after activation, subject to the provider's terms.
Hotel selection and travel dates are subject to availability. Reservations generally require at least 30 days' advance notice. Holiday periods, special events, and certain weekends may have limited or no availability.
Most available accommodations are intended for two adults. Additional occupancy, room configurations, and any associated charges depend on the participating hotel.
Additional restrictions may include minimum distance from the winner's residence, limitations on group travel, nontransferability, cancellation restrictions, and nonrefundable activation charges.
Winners are not required to activate or use their certificates. A winner who does not wish to pay the applicable activation fees may decline the prize or allow the certificate to expire without penalty from Sponsor.
The vacation provider's applicable certificate terms and conditions govern hotel booking, activation, travel restrictions, and fulfillment.
7. Hotel Savings Card for Eligible Entrants
Eligible entrants may receive a $500 Hotel Savings Card as a complimentary participation gift.
The Hotel Savings Card is separate from the Cancun vacation prize and is subject to its own terms, participating hotel inventory, booking restrictions, and availability.
The $500 amount represents potential hotel savings, not cash or a guaranteed $500 reduction on every booking.
The Hotel Savings Card cannot be combined with the Cancun vacation incentive.
Receipt of a Hotel Savings Card does not affect an entrant's odds of winning the Cancun vacation prize.
8. Taxes and Expenses
Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from acceptance or use of the prize, as well as all expenses not expressly included.
Sponsor may require tax documentation and issue applicable tax reporting forms where required by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify entrants who provide fraudulent information, interfere with the entry or drawing process, or violate these Official Rules.
If circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion as permitted by applicable law, while protecting the rights of eligible entrants.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted communications, incorrect contact information, or errors beyond its reasonable control.
10. Privacy and Communications
Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and fulfill prizes.
Information necessary for prize fulfillment may be shared with the vacation certificate provider.
Marketing communications from Prosperity Partners will be governed by any separate, optional consent provided by the entrant and applicable privacy laws.
Entry into the Giveaway does not require agreement to receive unrelated promotional calls, texts, or emails.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release Sponsor and its respective officers, employees, agents, promotion partners, and prize fulfillment providers from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
12. Facebook and Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By participating, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from liability relating to this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Winner Information
A list of confirmed winners may be requested by contacting Sponsor through its published giveaway support channel, subject to applicable privacy laws.
